Record storage is something that not everybody thinks about, but in fact while it is taking up office space, it affects productivity in any business, because the space that you use for the storing of documents you can not get rid of straight away, you could be using the same space for an office of an employee or anything else.

We will not only store your records, but manage it for you as well. It will be indexed on a data base, stored on a monthly basis and you will be able to retrieve any documents at any time. You will be given a CD copy of the indexing, and will know exactly what document is stored in which carton. After the period of years you wish to store it, we will dispose of it and give you a certificate.
